Notice is hereby given to all residents of Marshall County, TN, and to all persons interested that open, public, regular meetings of the Board of County Commissioners of said county will be commencing at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the following dates during the year of 2026 to wit:
January 26, 2026
April 27, 2026
May 26, 2026 (Tuesday)
June 22, 2026
July 27, 2026
October 26, 2026
There will be considered at such meeting all matters that may properly be considered at regular meetings of the Board of County Commissioners. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-106, inclusive Tennessee Code Annotation. All county commission meetings will have the entire agenda posted on our website. The audio of the meeting will be posted on the website the following day. Website: marshallcountytn.com
If the State or Federal Government have recommendations compelling us to social distance, the Marshall County Commission could change the location of their meeting if necessary. Any changes regarding where the location may be changed to will be advertised as soon as possible.
